Be sure to make your reservations early as we are one of only a very few choice homes for rent on the waterfront. Six to nine months is not too early to make reservations. |
All reservations are confirmed after receipt of partial rental payment and a refundable security deposit. Deposits are only refundable if notice of cancellation is received 90 days or more prior to the date of arrival. Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. There is a $75 handling fee for all cancellations.
